By accessing and using Floormen ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Floormen is a business management platform designed for flooring contractors to manage clients, projects, quotes, invoices, and related business activities.
3. User Accounts
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
- Not use the Service in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the Service.
- Not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service.
- Not use the Service to store or transmit malicious code or harmful content.
5. Data and Content
- You retain ownership of all data and content you upload to the Service.
- You grant us a limited licence to store, process, and display your content as necessary to provide the Service.
- You are responsible for backing up your data regularly.
6. Payment Terms
- Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.
- All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
- We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Floormen shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.
8. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability.
9. Termination
- You may terminate your account at any time.
- We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms.
- Upon termination, your data may be deleted after a reasonable retention period.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
